Welcome
Welcome to the Parent Help Center đ
Here you'll find quick answers about accessing Greek Gnosis, using the program, managing your subscription, and getting support.
1. Getting Started
Your login details and access information are provided in the email you receive after signing up.
If you have trouble accessing your account, please contact us at info@greekgnosis.com
Your child should begin with the level that best matches their current Greek knowledge.
For complete beginners, Level 1 is the recommended starting point. If your child already knows some Greek and you're unsure where to begin, contact us and we'll help you choose a starting point.
GEP can be accessed on a computer, laptop, tablet, or iPad.
For the best learning experience, we recommend using a larger screen rather than a phone. A stylus or pen can also be helpful for interactive activities on a tablet or iPad.
Use the password reset option on the login page to create a new password.
If you have trouble resetting your password or accessing your account, please contact us at info@greekgnosis.com
2. Using the Greek Explorer Program (GEP)
The Greek Explorer Program is organized into three levels, with each level divided into chapters that build on the skills learned before.
Your child works through the chapters in order and continues progressing at their own pace.
The lessons and activities are designed to work together, and completing them helps your child get the most from the program.
However, families can adjust the pace and revisit activities as needed.
No. Printing is optional.
Many activities can be completed digitally, while printable materials can be used when you or your child prefer a hands-on experience.
The program is organized into clear levels and chapters, so you can easily see what your child is learning, what they have completed, and what comes next.
As your child progresses, they will regularly submit their completed work to Maria for review and feedback. Depending on your child's age, they may submit their work independently or with your help.
Youâll also have two 30-minute progress check-ins with Maria each month to discuss your childâs progress, celebrate their achievements, and talk about anything that may need extra attention.
You donât need to teach the lessons yourself â your role is simply to encourage your child, help when needed, and stay connected to their Greek-learning journey.
3. Progress Check-Ins
Your plan includes two 30-minute progress check-ins with Maria each month via Zoom. These sessions are an opportunity to review your child's progress, discuss their learning, celebrate what they have accomplished, and identify anything that may need additional attention or support.
Your child's completed work is also regularly reviewed by Maria throughout the program, so these check-ins are part of an ongoing support process â not the only time their progress is evaluated.
For the 1-child plan, each check-in is one-on-one with your child. Family plans include family progress check-ins, where siblings can participate together while Maria reviews each child's individual progress.
Each GEP membership includes two 30-minute progress check-ins with Maria each month.
About a week after joining the program, you'll receive an email inviting you to schedule your check-ins. Simply reply to that email with PROGRESS CHECK-IN, and you'll receive the available recurring weekend time slots.
Choose the day and time that works best for your family, and we'll keep that same monthly time for your child's check-ins.
Once your recurring time is confirmed, you'll receive your Zoom meeting details.
The session is a chance to check in on your child's Greek learning, see how they are progressing, talk through areas they may find challenging, and celebrate what they have learned.
It is not a regular weekly tutoring lesson. The goal is to provide personal guidance and keep your child's learning moving forward.
If you need to reschedule your child's monthly progress check-in, please email us at info@greekgnosis.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled session whenever possible.
We'll do our best to offer another available time during the same month. Your regular recurring day and time will remain unchanged for future monthly check-ins.
For cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice, a replacement session may not be available.
If Maria ever needs to reschedule a session, she'll contact you directly and arrange another time.

5. Multiple Children
If youâd like to add another child, youâll need to upgrade to the appropriate family plan. Details on how to do this will be provided when the option becomes available.
Yes. Each child has their own login so their lessons, completed work, and progress can be tracked individually.
After you purchase a family plan, simply let us know the name and email address for each additional child. Weâll set up their access and send you the information you need to get them started.
If you have more than one child learning Greek, you can choose a family plan:
2 children â $49.99/month
3+ children â $59.00/month
Each child has their own access and progress within the Greek Explorer Program, so they can work through the program at their own pace.
Family plans also include one 30-minute family progress check-in with Maria each month. The children can join the same check-in together, making it easy to review their progress and support their Greek learning as a family.
If you need to add another child after signing up, simply email us at info@greekgnosis.com with the child's name and email address, and we'll help set up their access.
