1. "What age is best for this program?"

-These lessons are designed for children aged from 5 years old and up.

2. "How do we use the program and exercises?"

-Most exercises are completed online, with just a few that you’ll need to print out for hands-on practice. You’ll find simple step-by-step guidance inside the course handbook, so you’ll always know how to use the materials with your child.

3. "Could I ask for a different size for the printable materials besides the ones you provide?"

-Unfortunately all flashcards and exercises come on a pre-made template and thus no changes can be made on their size.

4. "What if the item on the monitor is not the same after I print it?"

-Usually, when printed at home, printing colours on the monitor may differ from the final printed version due to your printer settings, the quality of your printer, ink, and/ or the type of paper/ card stock that you use. Therefore we recommend you check the settings on your computer and printer or better go get your item printed professionally.

Also, each printable may be slightly changed in size and position depending on picture ratios.

5. "Can I share my login information with others?"

-This license is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You can print these downloads for yourself or as a gift. Reproduction, resale, sharing, or other commercial use of that product IS NOT PERMITTED. By purchasing this item you agree to this copyright agreement.

6. “I accidentally purchased the wrong item, what do I do?“

-For any problems or issues that you have prior to or after your purchase, please contact us at bombartahelp@outlook.com and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

*Xtra Tip: For prints with extra illustrations and colors we advice you to print your items locally or online to save ink on your printer ;)

7. "Do you accept returns or exchanges?"

-Since all of our products are digital downloads, we unfortunately cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Once the files are delivered, they are considered non-refundable.

However, if you encounter any issues with your order or have trouble with downloading the files, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me via message. I’m happy to assist you in resolving any problems and ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase!

8. "How does this program work with multiple users (like siblings)?"

-After purchase, you can submit each child’s name and email through our quick form. We’ll create separate logins for them so every child has their own password and tracks their own progress.

9. "How is the course structured?"

-The Greek Explorer Program is carefully organized into levels, chapters, and weekly sections. Each week features a mix of lessons, interactive exercises, games, and worksheets, all designed to build skills step by step. This structure helps your child progress confidently while making learning fun and manageable.

10. "How often do you add new material?"

-We update the Greek Explorer Program regularly! New lessons, exercises, and activities are added every month, so your child will always have fresh content to explore and learn from.

11. "What if my child has no Greek background at all?"

-No worries! These lessons are designed for absolute beginners and start from the very basics.

12,"What about the VIP program I’ve heard of?"

-We do have a limited VIP program for families who want a more personalized experience. Since spots are limited, details are shared privately with GEP families after purchase.
